The best way to contact me is through email. I'm happy to speak to anyone on the phone, but telephone calls can be problematic--cell service sometimes drops out and I don't catch the full phone number, or people speak very fast on the voicemail message and I can't understand the number. Phone tag can be an issue, and sometimes a voicemail inbox is full and I can't leave a message. If you'd like to speak on the phone, please leave your phone number at the beginning and end of the message, and say it slowly.
Less frequently, I've also heard tell of emails and Facebook messages that for some reason never reached me. If a week goes by and you haven't heard from me, please try contacting me again, or try a different way. I answer all my messages, so I'd hate for anyone to think I'm ignoring them, which is exactly what these situations look like!
